An easy life changing plan

This is not a diet. This is a way to change your life for the better. Making small changes will not only improve how you look but will better your health. Many of these changes that Bob Greene talk about in the book are really easy and take very little effort.

There is plenty of healthy eating ideas and the recipes look yummy and fairly easy to cook.

This way of eating is a bit costly but in my opinion worth the money. Many of the steps are reasonable and his choices make complete sense.

The book is pretty easy reading, I found that it was easier to read each phase as I came up to it.

The first phase is hard beacause for the 1st month you make little changes but I found the changes small. I found that the second phase is when the weight starts to peel off. I did feel 100% better, even on the first phase.

I purchased the book reasonably at walmart.com and shipping was really fast.

Try the book out. I found it well worth the money spent, just be prepared to buy yourself a new wardrobe!
