Boppy: A Household Word

I received a Brest Friend pillow and this Boppy at one of my baby showers. Being a first time mom, I kept them both so that I could figure out which one I liked most. After using them interchangeably the first month or so, I gradually used the Brest Friend pillow less and the Boppy a little more.

One of the reasons for that trend, was that the Boppy was SO much more user-friendly during those awful and sleepy night-time feeds. I was normally half-asleep and couldn't be trusted to diaper my baby right, let alone snap the Brest Friend pillow around my waist. It was nice to simply place the Boppy around me in a moment's notice.

Breastfeeding would have been more of a heartache without this ingenious little pillow. Now that my son is older we use it to prop him up while he is sitting or as a pillow for him. Even my husband knows the treasure it is to me during our son's feeds. It has become so much a part of each feeding session that I sometimes forget to take it off if I'm already sitting on the couch!

My one complaint is that after extended use the filling in the inside starts to bunch up a bit.
