Nice grill, but drawbacks and poor cust svc
Pros:
20,000 BTUs. Hotter and larger than many portables. Nice warming shelf.
Cons:
Poor customer/parts service. Short burner life. Legs too short and hard to remove.

Not a bad grille, but cheap tube burner does not last long and they took forever to answer my e mail queries re replacement part. Camping World, the seller, was no help, either.
Removing the too-short legs is a real problem. The thumb buttons hide in tiny holes, and the legs stick. They become tightly wedged into the body, both from weight as well as the heat-induced expansion and subsequent contraction of the aluminum body.. and the paint acts as an adhesive to hold them even more tightly. Pliers is the only way I can get the legs off. I would not recommend use of a hammer, due to the very thin casting.
The burner knob markings are not realistic. There is no change in flame height for about half way down from high.
Again, their customer svc was no help. When I finally got them on the phone, they just gave me a bunch of obsolete sources.
Yeah, it's a mixed review. With a few improvements and decent parts and customer service, I would give it 5 stars.
