The perfect city stroller

I can't praise the Bugaboo enough. Walking around NYC every day I see dozens of other parents bumping over the uneven streets and sidewalks - my little guy never feels a thing thanks to the incredible suspension and shock absorption of this stroller. I don't know of any other stroller that you can disassemble while leaving your baby in it to run up and down the subway stairs or home to our 4th floor walkup. Every time I take it into the subway someone remarks about the intelligent design - I easily carry the seat/bassinet, wheel frame, coffee and shopping bag in one trip. I also love being able to position the boy facing in or out, then flip him around as his mood (or the weather) dictates.

We have taken our Bugaboo to England, Europe, the Moroccan desert, Australia and various points in the US. This contraption wheels over sand, snow and shingles as easily as it cruises over pavement. Moreover, we have very rarely had to gate check it on flights as we fold up the wheel base and hang it in the closet, then put the seat or car seat in the overhead bin.

Many parents have listed the price as a con; however, if you add up the cost of a stroller, jogger, bassinet attachment, etc., you can easily surpass the $729 suggested retail price. It was a no-brainer for us. We love this stroller!
