Bugaboo Frog - Red Standard Stroller

I wrestled for weeks about whether to spend the enormous amount of money for this stroller. I went to three different stores, shopped online and read everything that I could find about the company.

My son outgrew his carseat (at 7 months) and we hated his old stroller. So we needed something lighter, newer and that could last for along time but could not decide on anything. I took him to see the Frog and we were both hooked.

We took it home (last one, floor model, no price discount) after spending about 20 minutes in the parking lot figuring out to disassemble it. This is where the book comes in handy. We noticed how light it was int he parking lot. Once we broke it down, we also noticed that the stroller hardly takes up any room. It really is a space saver!

The next day, we took a trip around the neighborhood with our son. My husband would not even let me push the stroller except for once. He compared to the alignment of a car. It was such a smooth ride and so easy to push. It has two large tires (excellent for a jog stroller) and two small tires. The nylon seat held our son perfectly and he even has a cushy bar to hang onto as well.

We still both fight over who gets to push the stroller but we have used it in a variety of functions. We converted it into the pram to push our son when he was sleeping around the neighborhood and he did not wake up once.

I love the functionality of the stroller. It does not say in the directions that you can jog with but it has the same wheels that jog strollers have. We walk on grassy areas with it and have absolutely no problems.
