Piece of trash... died in less than a year.

Was expecting this to be a quality product, especially for the price paid.

Having been a professional baker, I expected this to give me an even baking on all levels for cakes, pastries, etc.

The first thing you will notice, is that the fan only goes on when it is heating. This is NOT how a convection oven is supposed to work, the fan needs to be continuous.

The thing is impossible to clean, you would have to remove the heating elements (impossible) to get everything off the walls, floor and ceiling.

Especially if you are to rotisserie, you will have spatter that cannot be cleaned, even off the glass.

Finally, the upper heating elements stopped working, and were not easily replaceable.

Note there is a 5-year warranty, but only on the motor.
