Author's Review
The size and features are great, but worthless if the camera won't hold a charge. I've made mutliple phone calls and had to pay $95 for a repair that didn't work. The camera was less than a year old, but I didn't have the original receipt so they wouldn't honor the warrenty. I received the camera as a gift last Christmas and, the original purchasor did not keep the receipt. I've been dealing with Casio for months now. I do have the original box, manuals and everything else. The camera still looks brand new because I could only use it a couple of times before it quit holding a charge.
Similar to another reviewer's experience, the repair center will hold your camera hostage once you send it in for repair. If you don't have the original receipt, your choices are to pay for the repair (roughly half the original cost of the camera), buy someone else's repaired, used camera with a new warrenty for even more money, or send in money for shipping to get your broken camera back.
Casio has been less than helpful. I would not recommend buying anything from this company, especially this camera.
I've gone back to my old Cannon digital camera. It's bigger, but at least it works.
