Chevy station wagon, A true American marvel

I bought my first Caprice in the late 70's. Many cars and many years later I began searching for another one. I got tired of fashion and wanted the best the USA could build. I looked for several months because the caprice wagon is no longer built. It had been replaced by the minivan. I also own a minivan ( for my pets) and the Caprice wagon has some advantages. It has a large and powerful V-8 engine rated at 260 horsepower and 335 pounds of torque. It will do 0-60 in less than 8 seconds and reach 90 mph in the quarter mile. It will cruise safely at high speeds thanks to it's high level of engineering, rear wheel drive and excellent balance ratio. All that power and it will still get 22 mpg on the highway due to the aerodynamic design and world class engine. This is a very safe car with body on frame design. It has a very smooth pillow ride, but with little lean in the corners. The inside is quiet without wind noise. The seats are very comfortable with very good material quality, and it will seat seven. Very good handling and you don't have to worry about tipping over.( like some Suv's) The transmission shifts are fluid and braking is excellent. A true American marvel that is built to last and fun to drive. PS. My mechanic loves the Caprice and said my car would last him 20 years.
