Very Nice Van

Date of Review:  Jun 21, 2005
The Bottom Line: Very good Van, Comfortable and lots of room, drives and handles better than any previous GM Van, exactly what we were looking for!
Review: First a little history on my recent vehicles

I used to have a 95 Windstar several years back and liked the idea of a Van but the Windstar was plagued with problems, and had nothing but trouble when ever we tried towing our tent trailer...

2005 Chevy Uplander. My lease is almost up! Woohoo!

Date of Review:  Sep 28, 2007
The Bottom Line: It is roomy but, it handles lousy, has a noisy interior and the power sliding doors and DVD player broke. Lots of vans are roomy, you can find better.
Review: I ve had the Chevy Uplander for almost three years, and I m counting the days until my lease is up. It is not the worst vehicle I ve ever had, I once had a Beretta that racked up a monthly repair bill that rivaled my rent at the time, but I have had...

room to spare

Date of Review:  Oct 4, 2005
Review: Who says that Honda and Toyota are the only ones that can build a mini van. My wife really loves this this van and as for me it's as good as it gets in my opinion. It has 4500 trouble free miles on it. Hats off to GMAC for giving us a great deal on...

Engine Problem

Date of Review:  Jul 12, 2006
Review: My wife took a road trip in our 2005 Uplander. At just over 10,000 miles, the keyway to the cam shaft broke and trashed the engine, leaving her and my three children stranded along side the highway 10 hours away from home.

Review: My husband and I purchased this in Feb of 06 and in just a few short months we noticed a sulfur smell coming from the exhaust. Took it in still under warranty and they tell me it's a sensor, change sensor....still smelling. Take it back tell me now...

Great van for families!

Date of Review:  Jun 8, 2007
The Bottom Line: The Uplander has been the perfect choice for our family. Lots of room and features that make it perfect. I think it's a good choice for a vehicle.
Review: Our family purchased a 2005 Chevy Uplander from a dealership in Texas. We absolutely fell in love with it the minute we test drove it!

Ours is what I call tan, but they called it pewter I believe. It has tan interior as well. Ours holds...

"Van-tastic" Chevrolet Uplander

Date of Review:  Feb 24, 2006
The Bottom Line: Buy one for the wife & family. All will be impressed with the many options that are considered as "Standard equipment" on the Uplander.
Review: I like many feared the whole "mini-van" type casting that comes with ownership. It has been an easy transition with this vehicle from the fuel unfriendly SUV's.

We jumped into a 2005 Chevy Uplander for a test drive at our local dealership...

The new Uplander

Date of Review:  Nov 12, 2005
The Bottom Line: Yes i would recommend because the car seemed very well built, but wait for the '06 or '07 version to make sure all the "bugs" are out of the design
Review: We rented this van in late Aug. of this year. I only got to drive it once or so, but since i didn't drive i enjoyed the DVD player. I really liked that it comes standard with the DVD player so you don't have to pay more for the rental car. The back...

A disaster !

Date of Review:  Nov 11, 2005
Review: Nothing positive to say about this thing. I've owned mine for a couple of months now and it has already had (and still has) so many issues that it just makes me sick to think that I've traded my Venture in for this disaster. It just looks nicer than...

Great Van for Family

Date of Review:  Jun 19, 2006
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this vehicle to everyone with kids. We have had only positive experiences with this van and would purchase it again.
Review: My wife did a lot of research for a new van and decided that she liked the uplander. During a trip to illinois with our windstar we stopped at the chevy dealer and decided to buy the uplander.

The vehicle has run great with little...
