Great car for the price

I purchased this car in August of 2006 after researching the 2004 and 2005 models. I decided to get a new 2006 model because of the side airbags and safety ratings.
The car gets great gas mileage. I wouldn't hesitate to take a road trip with my Aveo; I would save money over airfare!
The trunk is also very large considering the size of the car. But the backseat is a bit cramped - I suppose they could have had less trunk space and more backseat space! But it can fit three average-sized people comfortably enough for your average drive.
I was a bit disappointed that the power lock package did NOT include power windows, but the price of the car was so great that I couldn't let power windows be my deciding factor.
I opted for the upgraded CD/MP3 radio and I'm glad I did. The radio works and sounds great.
The car handles very well, even in the snow. When it’s very windy out though it almost feels like the car is being moved by the wind but it isn’t like you lose control of the car.
This was my first car purchase and I am very happy with it. I recommend the Aveo to all my friends who are looking to purchase cars.
