DO NOT BUY THIS CRIB

I think this is the worst manufacturer of cribs ever.

When I received the Rita crib, the drop side was damaged. The store I purchased it from replaced it quickly. However, when the replacement was delivered, it was sent with parts missing as well as parts that did not fit the crib. Mainly the crib stabilizer bars, which as you can guess help keep the crib from wobbling. The stabilizer bars were 1/4 inch too short causing the crib to wobble dangerously.

When I called Sorelle to tell them about the defect, they gave me the runaround for almost two days until I finally reached a service rep. When I filed the complaint, he assured me that I would hear from them (or at least receive a copy of the complaint) within 24 hours. It has been over six months and I still haven't heard from them....

Needless to say, I have replaced this crib with another, safer brand.

Please do yourself a favor and purchase another brand....this one is NOT worth it.
