Good Design. Simple to Use and Clean.

It's QUIET-No hissing or grumbling.
Easier to make coffee, cleanup.
The button system is a bit overly complicated, but very simple to operate after you figure it all out (the manual is not very clear).

Great for 9 months...makes my coffee rather expensive

Review: Loved it when it worked but only lasted 9 months then read all the other reviews....yep...the cuisinart gremlin got it. Thank goodness I kept the other coffee maker it replaced or there was gonna be a problem.....in any case it had my coffee ready...

Inferior Product - Horrible Customer Service

The Bottom Line: This makes a good cup of coffee, but is not worth the risk. If it does quit before its time, don't expect resolution from customer service.

Love this coffee machine!

Review: I bought the Cuisinart DCC-2000 coffee maker because it doesn't have a coffee pot to just sit on the burner...Which I love.

The coffee stays fresh longer and so easy to clean. The decor matching everything else I own by Cuisinart. Works...
