Not happy with my 'new' Cuisanart

Cuisinart Prep 11 Plus DLC-2011: It Pays to Upgrade

The Bottom Line: If you need a food processor for lots of grating kitchen work don't mess with the lesser varieties. Go for the main name in this line and be happy.
Review: I thought I didn't need a food processor. The Cuisinart Prep Plus DLC-2011 has shown me I can make good use of one as a time-saver. At the very least it has shown me that it's a worthwhile extravagance when the price is right.

The Bottom Line: A workhorse of a food processor, but if there is a defect, customer service is not focused on making exchange or replacement easy for the customer.

The Bottom Line: The 14 cup model may be better for bread lovers. Otherwise, this model has plenty of capacity and is fun to use. The work bowl interlock can be trouble.

The Bottom Line: Kitchen Aid has superior customer service (in my own experience) and a machine that's just as good, according to ratings. Vote against poor service after the sale and avoid Cuisinart.
