Pros: Looks great. Large capacity. Fairly quiet

Cons: Not the workhorse that you would be believe

Bought it for my wife who makes challah and other breads on a weekly basis. She was making dough with mixture of bread dlour and some whole wheat flour. The amounts were way about 3 cups below mfr limit and the motor burnt out after about an hour of use. Very diasppointing.

The splash guard was very limiting and got int the way more than it helped
