Junk!

We bought this a few months ago and started noticing residue all over dishes and silverware. I am constantly hand washing dishes that are not clean and silverware with food left on it. The manufacturers repair man tried to blame all this on clogged drain or improper plumbing lines. We have cleaned drains, had someone check the lines, run vinegar through machine, and scrubbed the inside by hand all to no avail. This machine continues to not work properly!
The utensil holder and upper rack are also not designed well. The holder falls open when you remove it from the machine dropping everything all over the floor. The upper rack has adjustment bars on each side which get in the way of your glasses. They are too bulky!
