The Bottom Line: This meets a need for many consumers - especially those who makes plenty of messes in vehicles. Just remember to buy a battery when you buy the unit.

A specialty tool that's great for specific uses

The Bottom Line: DeWalt has a nice solution here that would no doubt sell well, but I doubt if it will reach its market potential until they include a battery and charger.
Review: This is a well-built tool that works fine for limited uses. It is not cheap, but is designed and built relatively well. It performs better than any similar tool that I'm aware of.

This thing sucks, in the good way

Review: I've had the DC500 for over a year now. It's good for a variety of uses. Since it is cordless, it will go anywhere, which is handy for cleaning the car after my child eats crackers.
