If you ever wanted to get addicted, try this...

After playing this game for over 2 years, i know this like the back of my hand. This is a classic made by a great company, blizzard. Once you buy the game, you have the option of playing single player or joining thousands of people in the multiplayer game. The Single player game guides you through 4 acts (5 in the expansion). Once you complete these 4 acts, you proceede to do them over in a harder difficulty setting. The harder the game becomes, the better items are dropped. The Multiplayer game is unique because it is constantly updated. Every update fixes any flaws that are present, adds hundreds of new items and betters the gameplay. What makes this game so addicting is the fact that you can increase your characters skill and play with/against other people. The thousands of unique items in this game make it so that you will play till u get even the most elusive items. With the updates, you just keep coming back for more. Also, the story line is cool and throughout the game there are many cool features (like computers to help you fight).

Bad things: The game is a bit old (but still very good). This means that the graphics are not quite up to date. but once again, for most people, graphics arent everything.

The pros about buying the battle set is that you will get the original diablo 2 and the expansion, which contains hundreds of new features, items and a whole new act.
