Pros: Plenty of recording space.

Cons: Learning how to navigate features can be trying.

I did not like this at first. The best feature seemed to be 100 hours of recording space. After 1 year of ownership they finally upgraded the software to be more user friendly.
I also have a Hughes DTV Tivo. It took some getting used to the newer product (H20) and I thought I'd never like the H20 better but, it is a superior product. The short cuts for recording & deleting a pending recording are great once you figure them out.
