the best pencil

The Ticonderoga pencil is one of the top pencils on the market. It writes the smoothest of all pencils I have tried. The eraser is very soft and erases very good with none of the dreaded hard eraser mark. Although the eraser is soft and smooth it does not shrink fast but lasts just as long or longer than the pencil itself. None of the many pencils I have, made by Ticonderoga, has had it's eraser turn in to a rock and do more damage to the paper than there was. While other pencils just as old have screwed up a little mole hill making it an giant mountain. This is not a cheap copy but the real thing. It is made of REAL cedar none of that stinky plastic stuff. It sharpens well with none of those little tabs that all those other ones have and the lead stands firm and truly sharp. Not just broken off and out of the pencil like cop outs who make waste of half the pencil do to the need to constantly resharpen and breaking lead. After the first try I will say that you will probably never go back to those other ones. BUT IF YOU FIND SOMETHING BETTER PLEASE DO TELL!
