Great Car, Don't understand all the bad reviews
Pros:
Fuel economy, comfort, quiet, stereo system, looks.
Cons:
I wish it had a driver's side grab handle.
The Bottom Line:
I am very pleased and would buy the same car again.

Author's Review
I previously owned a 2003 Honda CRV and was looking for something with better mileage and quieter. I drive a lot with my job and have put 12,000 miles on the car since October. I could not be more pleased with the car, and the more I drive it the more I like it. Unlike many I find the seats very comfortable. I recently went on a trip that was over 6 hours, and arrived fresh and got 33.7 mpg. I have the standard sound system and am really pleased. I discovered a base line in one of my favorite songs that I never heard in the Honda. There are also a lot of complaints about the hard plastics in the interior. Frankly, I think they look fine. I'm more concerned with durability than with a soft feel, I don't touch the dash that often and it's easy to clean. I have a friend with a 3 year old Avalon and the nice soft dash materials are already starting to sag and look old. I imagine after 3 years the Dodge dash will look the same. As for reliability, I know it's only 12,000 miles, but I've had nothing done but oil changes and tire rotations. All in all, I considered a Ford Fusion, and Saturn Aura, I'm glad I drove the Dodge myself and didn't rule it out because of the magazine reviews.
