Eddie Bauer Deluxe 5pt harness booster

I bought this for my one year old son who had outgrown his infant carrier. The seat is larger than many of the car seats that are comparable to this one. My son has plenty of room to "relax" while riding. It does recline, which is a plus for long rides, many booster seats do not recline at all. It also has a cup holder which is great for keeping sippy cups from being lost under the seat.
This seat also has a 5pt harness which has been rated to be one of the safest ways to use a booster. The harness adjusts with a simple bar on the back of the seat, I have yet to find another car seat that adjusts easier than this brand. With this system there will never be a need to pull the straps out and rethread, which we all know is a royal pain. The only thing I am not to happy about is the fact that the harness can only be used on children 40 pounds or under and then you have to use it with the car seat belt.
This seat doesn't weigh a ton so it isn't to bad to move to another car if needed. It does have a base that can sometimes cause it to be hard to get the seat belt tight when installing the seat in some vehicles, BUT this base can easily be removed giving you a tighter fit in cars with narrow seats. I would recommend this seat to parents with children over a year old who don't want to have to purchase another seat in the future, it goes up to 80 pounds! I wouldn't advise parents with children under one to use this seat due to it only being a front facing car seat, you can't use it in a rear facing position which is recommended for children under a year old or under 20-30 pounds.
