I just bought my Pronto and I am loving it. It was a snap (literally) to put together and is easy to set in and out of the charging stand. No fumbling. The handheld unit snaps on and off without a struggle.
The handle tilts *all the way down* to get under couches and beds, something other electric brooms do not do It swivels nicely around things. Good suction and not any more noisy than a hair dryer. No cord to trip over and you don't have to keep plugging and unplugging it as you go throughout the whole house.
The charging indicator light is a large bar rather than a tiny orange dot, or no indicator light at all, like on some electric brooms.
Lightweight and ergonomically designed and balanced. Handheld piece has a rubber grip big enough for a large hand making it easy on the wrist.
I only have hardwood floors and low pile and jute rugs so this thing is PERFECT for me. Now I don't have to lug the behemoth out for everyday vacuuming.
This thing pick up FINE dust, not just crumbs. It is bagless and easy to empty.
There are tiny wheels to make pushing effortless.
This thing LOOKS gorgeous too. You don't have to hide it in a utility closet. You can keep it set up out in the open in a laundry room, kitchen or even a dorm room or small apartment that does not have a lot of closet space. Right now the only color available is a metallic, coppery, reddish-orange, terracotta color.
Since it must be kept on the charger ready to use it must be near an electrical outlet. I have mine in a closet where there is an outlet right outside it. I ran the thin black charging cord through the crack in the door and I can close the door without crunching it. This may not be an option for every one of course.
The charging stand can be mounted up on the wall so that it does not take up floor space. They provide the screws. I do wish that they provided a template to plot the location of the screws on the wall. The three screw holes are *not symmetrical* and you have to guess where to put them. It's hard to measure and you can't go through the holes on the stand. You have to measure and guess trial and error.
I *was* going to purchase a Shark handheld or a Dustbuster for my car, but now I do not have to. I got a 2-4-1 with this machine. That justified the higher price for me.
I love this thing so much I have been vacuuming everyday with it. I moved my broom, my Swiffer, my yarn dust mop and my rubber toothed push broom, all to the basement. No more closet clutter! My big vacuum now sits at the top of the attic steps. I figure I will only have to use it for 'Spring cleaning' now.
