The hose may not be that great, but the main unit is indestructible.
Recommended for the possible use of straight suction only second vacuum.

Don't be fooled this is Not the same Quality or Durability as the Aerus Electrolux

The Bottom Line: Would not recommend this, the double-branded Electrolux-Eureka was confusing. wasn't the reliable "classic" vacuum Aerus Electrolux.
Review: My Mom also owned the same Electrolux canister for 22 years before she replaced it. My sister is still using that vacuum. My dad tells me it was 12 years old before it needed some minor work done to it.
