Author's Review
Its been 3 weeks now, and i have to say that this is the best camera i have ever used before.
I have owned 2 Casio's and a Sony before, which were all really good, but i don't think are comparable to the EX-Z750.
The first day i bought it, i took pictures and movies of fireworks on the beach and the second day i went to the botanical gardens and took pictures of almost everything i could see. I have got to say that the picture quality on the EX-Z750 is superb if not better than anything i have seen before.
The battery life is exceedingly good, especially being a digital camera with such a large LCD screen.
There are so many "Best Shot" modes that i don't think i'll even get to ever use half of them.. (which is a good thing)
The movie mode is also very good, i've plugged it into the tv and i was very impressed.
There were a few problems though (not too major), the first not really related to the camera, but my 1GB 80x SD card stopped working after a week and i thought it was the camera's fault. But because the camera didn't tell me that the memory card was broken/corrupt, i was thinking that my choice in Casio was a mistake. Luckily i found out that it was a memory problem, i returned it and my camera is working beautifully again.
Another few things to note is that the optical viewfinder is pitiful, macro mode is not extremely helpful (though you could manually adjust the focus), the camera could easily be turned on accidentally if put in tight jeans or small case and lastly a large memory card is essential, preferably 512MB or bigger (256MB is border line).
