Excellent shredder

I've only had the MS450Cs for about 2 weeks now but it is fantastic. It shreds so fine that no-one could put it together even with a microscope. I bought this to provide the extra security that my old strip shredder wouldn't provide. It is much better than the confetti type. It is extremely quiet and you can run it without waking the rest of the household at night. The safety stop (Touch feature) is extremely sensitive and stops the machine immediately when it is touched. Sometimes you touch the frame while placing the paper into the slot and it stops but the second you lift your hand away it starts again. Credit cards and CDs just get shredded in their own slot as in a strip type shredder and fall into their own little container but also very quiet an efficiently. I shredded about a ream of junk the first time through and it pretty much filled the self contained basket. The basket seems to be a bit small. Excellent machine if you need to totally destroy any documents. The time frame stated (8-10 minutes working...20 minutes cool down) are almost exact. It claims about 7 sheets can be shredded at a time and it will take it, but 5 sheets worked more efficiently for me. This machine can't even be compared to a regular Confetti type shredder. It comes with the required oil and shredder bags so all you need to do is unpack it and start shredding.
