Great for Low Volume Shredding

This machine is a champion for low volume shredding requirements. However, when I had to do a large quantity of shredding at one time, the machine developed problems with paper jammed in the blades which could not be removed and made the machine shred only part of the document or produced a strip of un-shredded paper on the left side of the blade which would then wind itself around the blades and jam the machine. For low volume shredding this is an excellent machine it just does not seem to be able to handle a volume of shredding.
