Ok...but...

After owning the identical model for several years, I can truthfully say it is OK, not great, not horrible. Yes it jams...yes scraps of paper will wrap around the head if you shred gummy paper like labels/etc, yes it groans with a load of more than about 8-9 pages at a time, yes the bin unload is a bit of a pain with scrap paper falling out from the head when the bin is out of the machine...but it does continue to work after five plus years of daily use.

That alone, given the horrid state of durability for current mechanical/electrical engineered equipment should be testament enough for potential buyers.
