DO NOT BUY JUST JUNK

This product is a piece of Junk. I ordered one form Lowe's. The first one they brought would not heat. I tried every setting but the unit would simply tumble the clothes and they would never dry. The second one they brought locked up when the installer plugged it in and displayed "I NEED SERVICE." Obviously this company has no quality control. The THIRD one they brought would work on the time settings but the unit would not dry clothes on the automatic setting. The problem is the dryer spends all its time sensing the dampness of the clothes and never starts drying the clothes. I called the "help" number in the manual and a very nice lady on the other end suggested that I call the store that I bought it from. She had absolutely no idea how the product was supposed to work or what the settings were. Unfortunately when I called the Lowe's they knew even less about how the thing is supposed to work.
