It actually blew up!

I used this dryer for about 20 seconds when all of the sudden sparks flew and the smoke rolled. It was brand new so we had the warranty. Dealing with this company to get this dryer replaced was a nightmare. Customer service had no clue what was going on from one minute to the next. It was very frustrating and Im still upset about it. I don't know how the replacment dryer works yet because after 7 weeks I still don't have what I overpaid for. For anyone that can't deal with being on the phone every day telling the same story to someone who's name you may not be able to even pronounce don't go through a company like this one. Customer service and getting things resolved in a timely manner... two thumbs down. I wasn't sure about getting a front loader. They did look kind of cool and Im someone who has to have the washer and dryer to match and I was very worried about the washer leaking. But the washer is the least of my problems. After I receive my replacement dryer and use it I plan to update my review.
