My dryer was delivered today (11/4/06) and I've been on hold for four hours trying to get it serviced or replaced. It's very nice to look at, but I had two major problems with this machine: (1) The drum knocks (loudly - even with no clothes inside the machine); and (2) There machine starts to smoke on the inside if I use a drying setting higher than low.

I should have purchased another Kenmore washer and dryer set!!!
