Home on the Awesome RANGE!

I just love this Range as far as cooking goes. I have never had a problem with the temp. I have baked a million cookies and it bakes them perfect every time. 4 turkeys and counting (well my husband cooked the turkeys, but I ate them and they were awesome) I only wish that there were more higher BTU burners or at least more strategically places, or maybe I would just rather have two high BTU burners on the same side so I could use a large griddle and know they are at the same temp... maybe I am just lazy??? The small oven on the side is great, except I had to purchase another small rack to do more efficient cooking in it. Also the Stainless Steel is very hard to clean ( I have been looking into a good cleaner, just haven't found it yet). Just remember when using this or any other "convection" oven, that it's not a "true" convection, so if you want it to bake (or brown) more evenly you need to give it a little turn in the middle of cooking. If you are not worried about the color evenness, don't worry about turning it. I love this oven, if I ever move, I want to take it with me :)
