Found this range hood through Epinions, and purchased a couple of months ago. In my opinion, anyone who's looking for a high-end, designer range hood should consider this.
It's the perfect design for my modern kitchen, looks very sleek and classy, and complements my other stainless steel appliances extremely well.
My experience with the company was as smooth as the range hood's surface:
The website is clearly categorized, with everything listed on each product page - photos, dimensions, features, and so on. The whole point of Internet shopping is to get information, and http://www.futurofuturo.com provides that information in spades.
I had a few questions, so I called them up. The guy answered my questions promptly, the order was done, and I got a confirmation E-mail (which is important when you've just spent 2 grand on a product and need proof). Couple of hours later, another E-mail - this one with the tracking number, UPS contact information, and a bunch of instructions. Nice to have feedback, so I know exactly what's happening.
Now it's installed, and I love it. So do my friends, by the way. The unit is very sleek, and the thin glass panel does not obstruct the view. It looks VERY European, works excellent, and is really easy to keep clean - Windex for the glass, WD-40 for the steel. Filter pops out & gets tossed into the dishwasher, then put back in.
Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. Looks, performance, price, customer service, everything. Would definitely recommend the product and the company to anyone who's looking for a high-end range hood. The price is well worth it!
