Ill Never Buy GE Again

The washing tub came loose within 9 months and had to be repaired.At the same time the tub had biased to the rear and was no longer centered.I asked that both problems be fixed on one call.The technician did not fix the tub being off center and blamed it on a not level floor.This is the same place I have had washing machines for 25 years with never a problem.I had to make a follow up service call to have the tub centered.The same tech who told me there was nothing he could do returned and fixed it.What really frosts me is he lifted one side of the washer about over 1 inch to make it appear that that is what fixed it.I am not an idiot and resent being treated like one.After he left I removed his shims and the tub remained centered.When I called a third time for an explanation,some how my second call had disappeared.Three weeks later I am still waiting. (It is now approx 6 weeks since the second repair and the tub is again biased towards the rear.I am attempting to get some satisfaction from customer services.I will update if successful....)
