Wow, wow, wow.

The reason I don't cook much is because I'm always in too much of a hurry, so I'd end up getting my hubbie to put something on the grill or I'd do chicken in the microwave. The only time I used my oven was for BBQ chicken wings and the occasional pan of muffins.

That all changed dramatically when we bought a new house and I decided to put double ovens in for resale value. I knew a convection would be quicker than a conventional, but I know myself, so I went for the maximum speed possible.

All I can say is wow, wow, wow! Not only is the trivection amazingly quick, it also does a fantastic job of cooking food evenly (all three racks!), browns and crisps where you need it and broils like a pro.

It is very easy to master the controls. It came with an instructional DVD which really wasn’t even necessary because everything is so intuitive. It also came with laminated quick reference cards of how long you should speedbake/broil the major categories of foods, as well as the ideal rack height. Self-cleans like dream.

Additionally it has all kinds of neat features. There are too many to mention really, but my favourite is that you can set up saved settings, i.e. speedbake, frozen foods, 400F, 20 mins.
