I've got a Crush on my Garmin Nuvi 750

Date of Review:  Jun 11, 2009
The Bottom Line: The Garmin Nuvi 750 can add joy to the journey...at a great price.
Review: One of the most unexpected Christmas gifts we got this year has also turned out to be the most fun--the Garmin Nuvi 750. A GPS and "Personal Travel Assistant," the 3 x 5 inch device combines the features of a GPS navigation system with an MP3...

Date of Review:  Dec 13, 2007
The Bottom Line: I've had 4 different GPS systems and after looking at the market the Nuvi 750 is a great buy and the best bang for your buck right now.

Lost no more

Date of Review:  Nov 28, 2007
The Bottom Line: A nice solid unit that I know you would like. I've already recommended it to several friends who like it as much as I do.
Review: INTRO:
Not having had a GPS before, I am unable to compare this to another unit. However, I have used an HP Travel Companion a few times so I was familiar with how GPSs worked in general prior to purchasing this unit.

Quirky But Good

Date of Review:  Feb 9, 2009
The Bottom Line: I recommend this unit based on its consistent quality performance and rugged durability.
Review: The Garmin NUVI 750 is not one of the newest units offered by the GPS-market leader. I have it piano black although, I believe, it comes in other colors as well. Overall, it's a solid performer but it does have its drawbacks.

In the past...

Real World Nuvi Review

Date of Review:  Aug 11, 2008
The Bottom Line: To me this is the best bang for the buck for baby boomers.
Review: If you're interested in the Garmin Nuvi 750 than you've probably already read some basic reviews and ad-hype. My review is just a "real world" experience with the thing.

OK, I'm 61 YO. Yeah, I know ..... but wait. Come to find out I'm...

GPS That Works -Sort of

Date of Review:  Jul 11, 2008
The Bottom Line: For the money, a portable GPS is more cost-effective than a Factory installed unit, it can be updated, and it is accurate.
Review: We purchased two of these units after visiting Best Buy and seeing what brand was the easiest to use and what features were available. We have factory GPS in one of our vehicles, but this was cheaper than purchasing a disk for the area we moved to -...

Garmin Nuvi 750, same as 760 minus bluetooth. Great GPS!

Date of Review:  Jan 16, 2008
The Bottom Line: Best choice GPS for seniors and those who want something easy. Nicely laid out display, easy to read, clear speech.
Review: The only difference that I could see between the Garmin Nuvi 760 and the 750 is that the 750 lacks bluetooth capabilities. At the time I bought, a week ago, the difference was about $100.

I am a SENIOR and my husband had surgery and will...

Good unit, MANY features

Date of Review:  Jul 27, 2008
The Bottom Line: I would definitely buy this unit again. Easy to use and tons of features.
Review: I Love my Garmin nuvi 750. This unit works very well. It has a 4.3" widescreen. You can choose from 2D or 3D maps and can choose the icon that represents your vehicle, such as an arrow or choice of numerous vehicles (and can download even more icons...
