Posh, solid and HEAVY
Pros:
High quality, easy fold.
Cons:
Big, heavy.
The Bottom Line:
It is a good stroller, but its weight limits its practicality. You'll want a second, lighter stroller too.

Author's Review
We're having another kid, and wanted a stroller for taking the new baby and our 2 year old out on walks. We opted to get a standard two seater instead of a sit and stand, because we liked the idea of having our toddler strapped in (and thus avoid the possibility of her jumping out and running off).
We selected the Quattro Tour Duo after seeing it in the store, and reading positive online reviews. We got a good deal online, much cheaper than retail.
What we like:
1. One handed fold - basically all you have to do is twist the grip on the handlebars, and it folds in on itself - very very easy.
2. Lots of storage space under the seats. Makes it easy to pack along diaper bags, changes of clothes, lunches, your purse, and even a whole family picnic.
3. Wheels are bigger than standard strollers, making it easy to push over uneven terrain (but not as nice as the really big pneumatic tires)
4. Very solid frame and high quality build overall
5. Easy assembly - when it arrives, you have to put the wheels and axles on, and some other small items, but otherwise it is basically assembled out of the box
6. The handlebars have multiple hand positions, just like bar ends on a mountain bike, and it is a wonder why more strollers don't have this feature.
Things we don't like:
1. Holy cow is it heavy. While this is sort of expected, it means that people should consider a couple of things (things we found out). For instance, our house is located on a raised lot above the sidewalk. It is very difficult to get up and down even small flights of stairs (and with kids in it, impossible). Also, my wife has some difficulty getting it in the back of the car, and once it is in there, it takes up a lot of space.
2. We noticed that on uneven ground, it doesn't feel that stable with only one kid in it (in the front).
The upshot is that we like the quality, but its sheer weight means that it is better for whole family excursions than for one parent 2 kids errands, like shopping.
