Does not work in landscape mode

Product specifications say: "Easily produce two-sided custom booklets, brochures, tablets, cards, and more," but neglects to mention that if you are using landscape mode (which most booklets, brochures and cards are printed in) that one page will print right side up and the other page will print upside down. If you call the HP help line in the user guide, the customer service agent will tell you that you must pay $30 to have someone help you because the product that you just received in the mail 30 minutes ago has an expired warranty - even though the user guide that comes with the product says that there is a one year warranty on the product.
