Used daily for 7 months

Pros:
-Looks great
-Full size keyboard w/number pad
-bright 17" screen w/camera and mic
-Speakers sound really good
-Lots of ports including a card reader and 4x USB ports
Cons:
-THIS LAPTOP IS NOT DURABLE, I use it about 5 hours a day with a separate monitor and wireless mouse and keyboard.
--After 5 months I had problems with the monitor dimming out and the keyboard keys broke off (very cheaply maid with hair-thin plastic) and worse of all BUILT-IN WIRELESS ADAPTOR FAILED AND REPLACEMENT HAS NOT WORKED
-Service is good, however they can ONLY DO THE FOLLOWING:
A) Ship a part after you give a credit card number and then you must return the item... no cost if you do it right. For me they shipped to the wrong address and this took 2 weeks and then the part didn't work.
B) You send them your defective Laptop and they will FORMAT and ERASE all data ALWAYS. Take out your hard drives no matter what they say and ship it to them without them if you care about your data. THIS WILL TAKE ~5 TO 7 DAYS INCLUDING SHIPPING DAY AND RECEIVING DAY. I was actually happy with that except that I use mine for work daily and didn't have a backup while I was traveling around the US.

Bottom Line, This is for home users and minimum usage. Service isn't flexible enough for business or home offices.
