A very bad purchase.

 This unit actually broke under its own weight. The plastic botton cracked by the wheels, due to the weight of the water when fully filled.

Loud and badly balanced, very difficult to move, or to fill the two tanks. If you screw the bottom on tightly afetr filling with water, it will never be unscrewed. If you screw it on too loosley water everywhere.

Expensive filters that don't last even a couple of weeks.

One of the most poorly made and designed products we have ever used.

We could not find a direct link to the manufactuer( Holmes) to complain, they just do not want you to find them.
