Sometime, my little corner of the cube farm becomes very warm in the summer. When the sun is just right, is shines right into the room and warms us up very well. I wish that would happen in the winter so we wouldn't freeze to death.
When it starts warming up, I rely on my Holmes Products HACP9 Clip-on Fan. This is an easy fan to use and can be kept out of the way and away from little fingers.
The Holmes Products HACP9 Clip-on Fan ha a spring clip like a clothespin, only with rubber grips inside so that it will hold securely to the shelf I have it on, but you can put it anywhere you want to clip it.
The cord is a spring cord that doesn't just hang all over the place. It will stay out of your way and no excess falling all over your desk unless you stretch it out.
The Holmes Products HACP9 Clip-on Fan has two speeds, high and low and if you want to count the on/off switch, then you have three. I usually run it on low and that is plenty of wind for my tiny spot and it oscillates back and forth so you don't have to have air blowing directly on you.
Inside the grill is a three blade fan blade. This thing can put out a lot of air for such a little fan. Just 9 inches across. I have tried it on high and that is way too much wind, low is great. I think if I had a larger area to keep cool, I would be using it on high.
The only colors that I know it comes in is white, which is OK by me.
The Holmes Products HACP9 Clip-on Fan easily comes apart for you to be able to dust the blades and not have that blowing around your room, also.
With the handy carry handle on the top, it makes it easy for me to move from one area to another or take it with me on a trip.
You just can't beat the Holmes Products HACP9 Clip-on Fan. Its portable, puts out a lot of good cool air and you don't have a cord that drapes all over the place. At a low price of $15.00, you just can't beat it. It is two years, now, since I purchased this fan and it is still giving great service. Great value and great service. What more could you ask for?
