I purchased the Honeywell HT-804 Table Air Circulator Fan with Wall Mount aka Honeywell HT-804 Super Turbo Wall Mount Fan primarily to keep me cool while I exercise. This little fan really can blow! It's a great circulating fan in summer and winter. It has three settings and can be set on a table or wall mounted. I love it!

The Fan

I only saw this fan in white although they may sell other colors. The fan is small - 10.9" x 6.4" x 11.3" and light at only four pounds. The actual round cooling part is 9" in diameter with three small blades. It is made of all plastic including the blades. There is a sturdy stand for setting the fan on a table or other hard surface and there is a wall mount for those who prefer to mount the fan and use it as a circulating one rather than a direct blast of air. The unit has a standard six foot dual prong plug. The grill is removable for cleaning the blades.

This Honeywell has three settings and tilts to a 90 degree angle. It stays where you tilt it and never slowly slides down like so many fans I have used. Although it looks small, this thing is powerful! I use the lowest setting when I work out. I turned on the highest setting and it blew me away - almost literally. It is so much more powerful than any standard small fan I have owned.

It sounds like a fan. I wouldn't say that it is whisper quiet but it doesn't make a racket either. I actually like the sound of fans, especially when I am trying to sleep so I am soothed by the gentle sound of the fan as I work out.

We tried this fan out as an air circulator and it works great. Heat was distributed well throughout the house - not just one room - and the fan never got hot even when left on all day. In the summer, this will make a great circulating fan for our air conditioner. The cold air tends to stay near the unit. With the Honeywell, the air will be more evenly distributed around the room.

But the real reason to buy it is that it will cool you off amazingly well. The lowest setting is powerful. The two higher settings are like a wind machine!

The fan is not like many where you can flip them around and one side sucks air in and one side blows air out. This one is a one sided fan with a round face and uses the tilt mechanism to circulate heat and cool air throughout the room.

No assembly is required and there is a limited five year warranty on the unit. Best of all, the Honeywell HT-804 Table Air Circulator Fan with Wall Mount is so inexpensive! I paid less than $13.00 for mine and couldn't be more pleased with its performance.

I hate to get all hot and sweaty when I exercise and this fan has boosted my ability to keep going when I am feeling ready to drop. By keeping me cool, I can work harder and not feel like a limp dish rag. I expected a fan to cool me off but I never expected the force at which this fan blows air. It's an amazing little space saving fan that can be wall mounted for even more space saving. It will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter by helping to circulate the air evenly.

Used as a personal table top fan, it will blow you away. Maybe literally. I turned it up to the highest level and felt like a dog with its head out the car window on the highway. Loved it! This fan will get me through the dog days of summer, whether I am exercising or just want a little extra cool air circulating. I plan to buy a couple more. My son wants one for his room and my husband wants to wall mount mine, which is not gonna happen. I will buy him his own. For the low price, we can afford to buy several!

Conclusion

I absolutely love this fan and so pleased that I purchased it. It is very sturdy and doesn't tip over or rock even on the highest setting. It's light so I can move it anywhere with ease and it's very effective both as a table top fan and as an air circulator in both winter and summer. This one is a real winner and, for the small price, an excellent value. 5 stars and highly recommended! Indeed, this is my number 1 fan!
