There are MUCH better options out there.

I am an experienced baby wearer and baby wearing educator. I tested this 'carrier' out so that I could help anyone who came to me with questions about it.

I only wore it for about 10 minutes but in that time my lower back started to hurt very badly. It was difficult to adjust.

Front packs in general have a simple design flaw in that they do not hold the baby naturally and tend to strain the back. I recommend anyone wanting to carry their baby find a better carrier such as an Ergo http://www.epinions.com/pr-Ergo_Ergo_Baby_Carrier_Baby_Carrier , or one of the many products by Ellaroo http://www.epinions.com/Baby_Carriers--reviews--ellaroo , or the wonderful ring slings by Maya Wrap http://www.epinions.com/Baby_Carriers--reviews--Maya_wrap .
