Bad product Bad Intel Support

I changed the password, date and time and it locked up. I reset it and it never came back says "NOT READY" on the web page. No shared folders no users. I only hope the data is still there. Their support is only 7am to 5pm pst. Their support was unable to help me!!!!! I am escalated to 2nd level and now can't get through their phone line it is broken but their sales and BUY number seems to be working fine. Oh the big kick in the pants if you want support you have to pay $25. Yes that is right even if it is broken out of the box and you want support $25. They did say that they could get back to me in 24-48 hours via email for free. What a bunch of crap!!!!!! Piece of junk.
