A waste of money

This juicer started out great. I had fresh juice every morning & found I could no longer drink store bought juice because it was too sweet. Then my nightmare began and has not ended. As expected after 8 months of being used almost every morning the filter cracked and I could no longer use my juicer. As promised in the paperwork and Jack La Lane himself on his infomercial I called to order my new part. They said it would take 3-4 wks for delivery. This was back in Feb. of this year. 6 wks went by and I called to find out where my filter was. I'm suffering w/o my fresh juice. They said "oh its on back order and we don't know how long it will take". Here it is June and I am still waiting. I spent $100 on a juicer that I only used for 8 months. The customer service reps seem understanding but they cannot stand behind the product either because of poor service with replacement parts. If you buy this product you will have a nice juicer, but don't expect to use it more than a year and forget about getting replacement parts.
