grill/ceramic electric cooktop

Wish I had read the reviews. Would NEVER have gotten a Jenn-Air. Loved my 20 year old Jenn-Air. New one is tinny, very sloppy fit, lower power on grill. Been complaining about it for over a month.Sears says it shouldn't be that way. Jenn-Air says it shouldn't be that way. They send out a repairman...twice so far...they say "Not good, but that's the way it is." It's a piece of C---. I feel I have been ripped off and would love to have my money back!!!

I really can't think of any except that everyone has been very nice.
Cons
Material, workmanship, hard to clean, and price are cons.
