Jenn-Air JES9900B Electric Range

I've had my range for a year and the downdraft has not worked since day 1. I've had several technicians look at the unit and duct work since installation. Jenn-Air told me today that they are not designed to pull steam and everything is working how it was designed to work.

The menu system to access all the features is hard to navigate. Love the convection oven! The red light to warn a burner is still hot is a nice feature. However, these positives do not out weight my dissatisfaction with more than half the steam from a frying pan going straight up to my new cabinets.
