A New Microwave/Oven Combo that may have some bugs

My wife and I bought the stainless steel version of this wall mounted 30" microwave/convection oven combo when we renovated our kitchen five months ago. It is a smart, attractive appliance with a lot of good features and nice digital controls. We have had a serious problem that has not yet been corrected: the oven door does not close snugly enough to reach the desired temps. We have had 5 or 6 Maytag repair visits, trying various hinges, on the theory that the original hinge springs were not strong enough for the stainless steel version of the door (it also comes in black; the steel is heavier). For awhile we had to keep it closed with a bungee cord. Even after the last visit, when it seemed to be working properly, the door is still a little bit ajar and it takes forever to heat. Would like to know if others have this problem. We now want to get it replaced under warranty.
