Always Fresh Coffee & So Easy to Use!

I hesitated buying this because of the price but I really hate to repeat the often coined phrase...you get what you pay for. Sure, there are less expensive pod coffee makers but the Keurig only has positive reviews from my research. There is a reason for this.

The unit is solidly built. The unit is easy to use and set up took about 7 minutes. You press a couple of buttons and spill out the initial mug of 'descaled' water and it's ready. I put in my first pod and within about 10 seconds (I promise it was 10 seconds), I had a HOT kick butt cup of yummy coffee. The unit comes with 18 pods to sample different brands and flavors (one was tea). I think you can make hot chocolate with the machine as well with pods. They are coming out with cappuccino for the Keurig as well.

I called 3 people and excitedly told them about the Keurig. They thought I was nuts to be so excited about coffee but to be honest, the 'no mess, always fresh' cup of coffee was what hooked me. My dad has already invited himself over for Saturday and Sunday brunch to try out the flavored coffees. The two downsides are minimal in my opinion. First, the unit is large but then again, it isn't bigger than any other regular sized coffee maker. I may be biased about this because I have a tiny kitchen and my counter space is precious. Also, several of the pods in my variety pack that were included with the machine were expired. I think that is more Amazon's fault then Keurig.
