Kodak Z1012 IS

Pros: Cheap, easy to use and doesn't take bad pictures. Good zoom.

Cons: Battery life is terrible. Other brands will take better pictures.

The Bottom Line: If you're a fan of the Kodak brand, it's adequate. If you're more into performance/quality, go with a better brand. The battery life is a big red flag.

Pros: Everything needed is on this camera. Light, small and cheap for features.

Cons: Processing, easily confused power/download cables. No tv output cables included.

The Bottom Line: If you can afford one buy it! It will be a great investment in capturing special moments most cameras would miss.

Pros: This camera takes the best photos of any camera in its price range. Excellent versatility.

Cons: It is slower than most, and has been known to freeze and require reboot.
