Author's Review

I am a desktop publisher. But I am also a woman who loves high tech toys. I have had a bunch of different cameras. Sony, cannon, etc. This one have me skeptical at first just because it is Kodak and they haven't ever been known for their wonderful cameras. Pictures yes. So I did a lot of research. I am the one always looking for the best value for my money. (I guess it comes from being woman.) I compared value, pixels, views picture quality, etc. This camera kept coming out on top. I went to about ten different stores in my area looking at different cameras. This one had the dock with it and 4.3 pixels, indoor outdoor view finder (I like to use my view finder to take a lot of pictures) Different options galore! It even take video with sound for however big your secure digital card is. I have a 128mb it takes about 30 minutes video or 135 pictures. After I use it I just put it back on the dock and transfer the pictures and video directly to my computer. I have it setup that it clears my disk every time I transfer. It is an awesome camera for the money. Check out stevesdigicams.com he has some of the best info on digital cameras on the web. This was a very good investment. I love to take pictures now I take pictures everywhere and not have worry about film. It is easy to learn how to use. The only thing I would suggest getting would be screen protectors. I picked up some clearance ones at Target for some kind of out dated PDA and cut them down to fit. They work awesome.
